SSC CGL 2025: स्टाफ सिलेक्शन कमीशन (SSC) ने शुक्रवार को घोषणा की कि संयुक्त स्नातक स्तर (CGL) 2025 टियर 1 परीक्षा, जो 13 अगस्त से शुरू होने वाली थी, अब सितंबर के पहले सप्ताह से होगी। CGL और अन्य आगामी परीक्षाओं का नया शेड्यूल जल्द ही आयोग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जारी किया जाएगा।

यह बदलाव SSC सिलेक्शन पोस्ट फेज 13 परीक्षा के बाद आया है, जो 24 जुलाई से 1 अगस्त के बीच देशभर के 194 केंद्रों पर आयोजित हुई थी। इस परीक्षा में उम्मीदवारों और परीक्षा स्टाफ के लिए आधार-आधारित वेरिफिकेशन किया गया था। 11.5 लाख पंजीकृत उम्मीदवारों में से 5.5 लाख से अधिक ने परीक्षा दी।

SSC CGL 2025 Vacancy – Post/Category-wise Details

SSC CGL 2025 में कुल 14,582 पद निकाले गए हैं, जिनमें सबसे ज़्यादा भर्ती Office Superintendent (CBDT) के 6,753 पदों पर है। इसके अलावा, Inspector (Central Excise), Tax Assistant और Auditor जैसे पदों पर भी बड़ी संख्या में वैकेंसी है। सभी पद अलग-अलग विभागों जैसे CBDT, CBIC, CBI, Ministry of External Affairs, EPFO, और Narcotics Control Bureau में हैं। इन पदों पर अलग-अलग श्रेणियों के लिए सीटें तय हैं – सामान्य वर्ग (UR) के लिए 6,183, SC के लिए 2,167, ST के लिए 1,088, OBC के लिए 3,721, और EWS के लिए 1,423 पद उपलब्ध हैं।

परीक्षा क्यों टली

SSC इस समय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश (Writ Petition (Civil) 234 of 2018) के तहत नए कंप्यूटर-आधारित परीक्षा सिस्टम पर काम कर रहा है।

आयोग के अनुसार, पिछली परीक्षाओं के दौरान कई उम्मीदवारों को तकनीकी और संचालन संबंधी समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ा। इनमें से कई को 1 अगस्त तक अलग-अलग शिफ्ट में दोबारा परीक्षा देने का मौका दिया गया। 2 अगस्त को तीन अतिरिक्त शिफ्ट में करीब 8,000 उम्मीदवारों ने परीक्षा दी।

परीक्षा के बाद विस्तृत जांच में पाया गया कि करीब 55,000 उम्मीदवारों के डेटा में कमी है। SSC ने कहा कि इन उम्मीदवारों को “लाभ का संदेह” (benefit of doubt) देते हुए फिर से परीक्षा देने का मौका दिया जाएगा।

विरोध का असर

SSC CGL 2025 परीक्षा टलने के फैसले पर छात्रों और शिक्षकों में नाराजगी भी जुड़ी है। #SSCMisManagement हैशटैग के तहत हजारों लोगों ने विरोध किया। इनका आरोप था कि फेज XIII परीक्षा में कैंसलेशन, लॉगिन दिक्कतें और सेंटर बदलने जैसी समस्याएं हुईं।

विरोध करने वाले CGO कॉम्प्लेक्स और जंतर मंतर पर जुटे और पारदर्शिता, वेंडर सुधार और जवाबदेही की मांग की। SSC ने कहा कि CGL परीक्षा रद्द नहीं होगी, लेकिन सुधार, तकनीकी अपडेट और भविष्य की परीक्षाओं में AI तकनीक के इस्तेमाल पर काम किया जाएगा।

भरोसा बहाल करने की कोशिश

आयोग का कहना है कि यह देरी सिर्फ तकनीकी दिक्कतों को ठीक करने के लिए नहीं, बल्कि उम्मीदवारों का भरोसा वापस पाने के लिए भी है। सिस्टम को फिर से डिजाइन किया जा रहा है ताकि फेज XIII जैसी समस्याएं दोबारा न हों और प्रभावित उम्मीदवारों को फिर से मौका मिल सके।

वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (OTR) एडिट विंडो 31 अगस्त तक खुली रहेगी। इस दौरान उम्मीदवार अपनी व्यक्तिगत जानकारी में बदलाव कर सकेंगे। सितंबर में आवेदन शुरू होने के बाद कोई बदलाव नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
