Pm Internship Scheme : भारत सरकार ने युवाओं के Skill Development और Employability को बढ़ाने के लिए Prime Minister’s Internship Scheme शुरू की है। यह योजना Ministry of Corporate Affairs के तहत लॉन्च की गई है और इसका लक्ष्य है कि अगले 5 साल में Top 500 कंपनियों में 1 करोड़ युवाओं को 12 महीने की Internship का मौका मिले।

इस स्कीम के जरिए युवाओं को Real-Life Business Environment, Professional Exposure और Industry-Based Training मिलेगी। इसका मकसद Academics और Industry के बीच Gap को कम करना है, ताकि Student और Graduate Youth को रोजगार पाने में आसानी हो।

प्रधानमंत्री इंटर्नशिप योजना क्या है?

Pm Internship Scheme 2025 एक National Level Internship Program है, जिसमें Youth को 12 महीने तक Corporate World में Training, Experience और Hands-on Work Exposure मिलेगा।

  • Internship Duration: 12 months
  • At least 50% time Practical Job Experience में होगा (classroom training नहीं)
  • Pm Internship Scheme 2025 Existing Apprenticeship और Skill Development Schemes से अलग है।

यानी Pm Internship Scheme 2025 Youth को पढ़ाई के साथ-साथ Industry Ready Skills भी देगी।

  • 12 Months Real-Life Internship – India की Top 500 कंपनियों में काम करने का मौका।
  • Monthly Stipend – ₹4,500 (Government of India से) + ₹500 (Industry से) = ₹5,000/Month
  • One-Time Grant – ₹6,000 (DBT के जरिए Intern के Bank Account में)
  • Insurance Coverage – हर Intern को Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana और Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana के तहत Insurance मिलेगा।

  • Education: High School, Higher Secondary, ITI, Diploma, Graduate (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Pharma आदि)।
  • Employment: Full-time Employee नहीं होना चाहिए।
  • Education: Regular Student नहीं होना चाहिए (Online/Distance Learning वाले Apply कर सकते हैं)।
  • Family Income: ₹8,00,000 से कम।

इसका मतलब है कि Pm Internship Scheme, Middle-Class और Economically Weaker Section के Students को Target करती है।

  • IIT, IIM, NLU, IISER, IIIT, NID Graduates।
  • CA, CS, CMA, MBBS, BDS, MBA, Master Degree Holders।
  • कोई भी Candidate जिसने पहले से NATS या NAPS Training ली हो।
  • यदि Family Member का Annual Income ₹8 लाख से ज्यादा है।
  • यदि Family का कोई सदस्य Permanent Government Employee है।

यानी यह Internship Specially उन Youth के लिए है जिन्हें अभी तक High-Level Job Exposure नहीं मिला है।

Online Registration Process

  1. Visit करें Official Website (Pm Internship Scheme Portal)।
  2. “Youth Registration” या “Register Now” पर Click करें।
  3. Aadhaar Linked Mobile Number डालकर OTP Verify करें।
  4. Password सेट करें और e-KYC पूरा करें (DigiLocker से Aadhaar Verification)।
  5. Personal Info, Education, Skills, Bank Details और Documents Upload करें।

Internship Application Process

  1. “View & Apply Internship” पर Click करें।
  2. Interested Internship चुनें और “Apply” पर Click करें।
  3. Details भरकर “Submit” करें।
